Annual Giving Fund

The Annual Giving Fund is dedicated to retaining, attracting and supporting the superior faculty of Eagle Hill School. The success of The Annual Giving Fund provides continuity of faculty, the cornerstone to the educational achievement of each child at Eagle Hill. Our faculty develops close, meaningful relationships with the students, and the key to fostering and sustaining those relationships is faculty retention.

In November of 2004, the Eagle Hill School Board of Trustees voted unanimously to implement a compensation initiative that was developed after two years of research and design. The new compensation plan is comprehensive, competitive, and transparent – allowing Eagle Hill School faculty and staff members to live a life of middle class dignity, and to plan for a comfortable retirement. As such, all proceeds from The Annual Giving Fund are dedicated to support the faculty compensation initiative.

Over the last decade The Annual Giving Fund has grown tremendously. The 2019-2020 campaign was again a resounding success. As in years past, the level of commitment from the entire Eagle Hill community is exemplary:

  • 100% Faculty Participation - for the eleventh year in a row! (unheard of in the independent school world!).
  • 100% Board of Trustees Participation (true leadership!).
  • 100% Parent Advisory Board Participation (true dedication!).
  • 77% Current Parent Participation (truly outstanding!).
  • The generous participation of current students, alumni, alumni families, corporations, foundations, and friends of Eagle Hill School (greatly appreciated!).
