Day Students

Day students attend classes from 8:00am to 3:00pm, with opportunities to stay after school for athletics, clubs, Student Life Block, and evening activities.

Students must leave campus by 9:00pm unless otherwise approved.

Yes! Day students are encouraged to join athletics, performing art productions, clubs, and more.

Participation is required if students stay on campus after academic hours (Monday–Thursday).

Clubs generally meet between 6:00–7:00pm but there are many ways to participate in campus activities after school in the afternoon.

The Student Life Block at Eagle Hill School is a special time during the day focused on community and well-being. It’s designed to give students a break from academics and to engage in activities that build social skills, leadership skills, goal setting, and emotional intelligence.

During this time, students can:

• Participate in our varsity athletics program
• Join clubs or participate in recreational athletics
• Meet with academic advisors for guidance and support
• Participate in campus leadership activities

The Student Life Block helps students feel connected, confident, and ready to tackle both school and life challenges.

Yes! Day students are welcome to attend all meals in the Dining Commons, including breakfast (7:30–8:30 am), lunch (12:35–1:15 pm), and dinner (5:30-7:00 pm) if they are participating in after-school activities.

Yes, students may drive themselves if they have permission. They must apply for a parking permit and park only in the lot in front of the Cultural Center.

Students may not drive through campus-proper or transport other Eagle Hill students. Students with car permission may only drive to and from school.

Day students may use spaces like the WHIKS (Student Union), gymnasium, pool, music building, library, Cobb Café, and the fitness center after school and before their activities or clubs
