Endowment

In the Classroom

Permanence and Opportunity

Endowment is the financial bedrock for leading private schools.

Permanent funds designated for areas of institutional priority and student need dramatically improve a school’s position each year—enabling new opportunities to be created, key faculty and departments to thrive, as well as help suppress the rate of tuition/cost increase.

Scholarships

“Without my scholarship, I wouldn’t have been able to come to Eagle Hill, and I wouldn’t be where I am today. I’m the first person in my family to go to college, and I won’t be the last.”

—ALUMNA, CLASS OF 2017

Endowed Scholarships

An endowed scholarship benefits not only the recipient and their family, but all those students and faculty fortunate to work alongside them.

Time and again, Eagle Hill’s scholarship recipients have proven to be driven, grateful, and among our greatest ambassadors both during their time at Eagle Hill and as alumni/ae.

Endowed Chairs

Endowed chairs and endowments increase the school’s financial position by putting permanent additional support behind professional development, salaries, and helping to ensure that we maintain our small class size that is so vital to our mission.

Designated Funds

When faculty are supported by endowed funds, they are empowered to explore new areas of instruction, intensify their own research, engage in collaborative projects at Eagle Hill and beyond, and so much more.

Endowments can be designated to support individual faculty positions or specific areas of campus life and may also be created in honor of a faculty member.

“The level of trust and confidence that comes with an endowed fund is humbling and inspiring. The fact that it’s a permanent endorsement of the work we all do is incredible to think about—this fund will be helping
