Mrs. Diana Merriam

Committees: Development, Building

Diana Merriam and her husband, Peter, live in Boxford, Massachusetts with their four children. Their daughter, Danielle, is a 2015 Eagle Hill School graduate and a 2019 graduate of Sacred Heart University.

Mrs. Merriam is a lifelong volunteer, beginning in her children’s classrooms, followed by joining the boards of the Boxford Elementary School Trust; Brooks School, a private boarding high school located in North Andover, Massachusetts; and Esperanza Academy School of Hope, a tuition-free, independent middle school serving girls in Lawrence, Massachusetts.

Mrs. Merriam set up the Kalambaka Educational, Literary, and Civil Company, a not-for-profit company which built a new library in Kalambaka, Greece. The library, opened on July 19, 2015, offers education, access, and opportunity to the community through printed and digital content.

Mr. and Mrs. Merriam own Merriam Vineyards, an award-winning winery in Healdsburg, California. They spend time at the winery during the harvest and their summers at their home on the coast of Maine with family and friends.

Mrs. Merriam enjoys the outdoors and can often be found walking, biking, running, or skiing with Mr. Merriam , her children, or their two dogs, Molly and Cooper.
