Mrs. Jennifer Dibbert

Reading Teacher

Jennifer Dibbert received her bachelor's degree in education from Lesley University and later earned a Master of Education from SUNY Buffalo State University. Jen has taught for more than twenty years in international and independent schools in Belgium, Spain, Bangladesh, the United Arab Emirates, Austria, and the United States. These experiences have given her a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives and continue to inform her belief that meaningful learning occurs when students feel known, connected, and part of a supportive community.

After returning to the United States, Jen taught in language-based programs in central Massachusetts and served in a variety of roles, including classroom teacher, learning specialist, and Orton-Gillingham tutor.

Jen joined the Eagle Hill community in 2026 and teaches reading. As an educator, she encourages students to take risks, learn from one another, and develop strong self-advocacy skills. A certified Orton-Gillingham practitioner, she is passionate about helping students understand their strengths as learners and helping them to become confident, independent readers.

Outside of school, Jen enjoys drinking coffee on her back porch, going to WooSox games, and spending time with her husband and three children.
