With virtually all Eagle Hill graduates matriculating to college, the primary function of the college counseling department is to facilitate the college search and application process. The department recommends colleges, levels of support, and necessary accommodations for each student during his or her junior year. The faculty works closely with seniors to help complete their applications and submit the necessary materials.
The annual Junior College Forum is a major component in the EHS college counseling process. The college counseling department joined by college support specialists and college admission counselors come together for informative presentations for juniors and their parents to prepare them for the college search, visit and selection process. The College Counseling Guide containing much of the seminar's information is available here in a downloadable PDF format.
