Spirit Week Highlights

Eagle Hill’s Spirit Week Brings Excitement to Campus!

Eagle Hill students and faculty showed their school spirit this week with a five-day celebration featuring themed dress-up days and engaging lunchtime activities.

Dr. Perez said, "Spring Spirit Week falls between winter and spring break, during the longest stretch of time that students are in school without time off. Spirit Week gives the community a little boost and breaks up the daily routine. It provides the seniors with an opportunity to show off their Oreo racing and egg tossing skills that they have perfected over the years as they compete against freshmen who may have beginner's luck."

The excitement started with Sports Day, where participants proudly wore jerseys and sports-related apparel— representing Eagle Hill athletics or their favorite professional teams. The lunchtime trivia challenge added a layer of fun, sparking friendly competition and keeping the energy high.

Tuesday brought Music Day, as students and faculty dressed to represent their favorite albums and artists. The fun continued with the Oreo Race, where participants balanced an Oreo on their foreheads and attempted to be the first to maneuver it into their mouths.

One of the most anticipated days of the week was Anything but a Backpack Day. Students carried their school supplies in unconventional alternatives to traditional backpacks. The egg toss kept the excitement going, challenging students and faculty to test their hand-eye coordination. Partners took turns tossing eggs to one another, trying to catch them without breaking.

On Thursday, school pride was in full force as students sported their Eagle Hill green gear. The week ended with students allowed to eschew the dress code for Pajama Day.

Spirit Week at Eagle Hill was a vibrant celebration of school pride, creativity, and camaraderie. Students and staff enjoyed the themed days, friendly competitions, and shared memories, making it an unforgettable week.

Until next year—Go Pioneers!
