Celebrating Growth and Readiness
The Class of 2025 reflects on their achievements and looks forward.
On May 31, Eagle Hill School celebrated the graduation of the Class of 2025—forty-eight students who leave not only with diplomas but with growth and readiness for what lies ahead. Graduation was more than just a ceremony; it was a culmination of the years spent developing the skills, values, and confidence that will guide these graduates as they take their next steps beyond Eagle Hill.
That sense of preparation and personal development was woven throughout the day, beginning with the opening remarks from the head of the school, Erin Wynne. Honoring a beloved tradition, Mrs. Wynne framed her speech as a legal “case” supporting each graduate’s preparedness. Drawing on her legal background, she made compelling arguments affirming the belief in each student’s capacity to succeed beyond Eagle Hill.
That belief echoed in the words of class-elected speaker Harrison B. ’25, who reflected on the importance of the school’s core values—honesty, respect, kindness, and purpose. His message to classmates was not just nostalgic but forward-looking: carry those core values into whatever comes next.
Keynote speaker Richard Gelfond, CEO of IMAX, added depth to that message. Sharing his personal story —from humble beginnings to professional success, Gelfond spoke of persistence, adaptability, and self-belief. He drew parallels between his journey and the growth of IMAX, which was once underestimated but now thriving. His story reinforced the idea that success comes from continuous growth and the readiness to meet life’s challenges with resilience and purpose.
As graduates rang the ceremonial bell—marking the end of their time at Eagle Hill—they weren’t just closing a chapter. They were stepping forward, carrying the skills, values, and experiences that will guide them in the opportunities and challenges ahead.
Congratulations to the Class of 2025!
