Eagle Hill School honors the achievements and milestones of the Class of 2026.

As Eagle Hill School concludes another successful academic year, we reflect on a memorable commencement weekend celebrating the accomplishments of the Class of 2026. The week was filled with meaningful traditions that brought students, families, faculty, and staff together in recognition of Eagle Hill’s graduates. From the senior memories dinner and senior sunset to the senior bonfire, baccalaureate, and graduation, seniors appreciated the growth, resilience, and connections that have defined their class.

Throughout their final days on campus, members of the Class of 2026 came together to reflect on their experiences and to celebrate the relationships that shaped their time at Eagle Hill. At senior sunset, classmates spent an evening sharing memories and writing letters to their future selves. The following evening, the class gathered for the annual senior bonfire, a cherished tradition marked by the student graduation speaker Griffin Krombach lighting the Eagle Hill torch and carrying the flame to Pioneer Field to ignite the bonfire. The evening brought together seniors and the broader EHS community for food trucks, live music, s’mores, and campfires, filling the night with laughter, reflection, and gratitude for the friendships that will continue long after graduation.

One of the most meaningful moments of the week came during the baccalaureate ceremony. These heartfelt tributes are a powerful reminder of what makes Eagle Hill special: a community built on meaningful relationships. Through countless hours spent teaching, coaching, advising, and mentoring, faculty members help students discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves as learners and individuals.

The celebration continued Saturday as families, faculty, staff, and friends gathered to honor the Class of 2026 at commencement. Before entering the graduation tent, seniors processed through a faculty-lined walkway, surrounded by the teachers, coaches, advisors, and mentors who have supported them throughout their Eagle Hill experience. Student Graduation Speaker Griffin Krombach delivered remarks that reflected the shared experiences of the class and the bonds formed during their time at Eagle Hill. Graduates and guests also heard from commencement speaker Max Schaefer, Class of 2010, who shared words of wisdom and advice with the graduating class.

As the Class of 2026 concludes their time at Eagle Hill, they do so with more than a diploma. They graduate with a deeper understanding of themselves, confidence in their abilities, and the skills to advocate for their needs and pursue their goals.

Our graduating seniors will attend a wide range of colleges and universities, including Pitzer College, the New England Institute of Technology, Parsons School of Design, the University of Denver, and the College of Charleston, among others, with a few students pursuing a gap year before beginning college.
