New Gallery Exhibit at Eagle Hill School
Local nature photographer Chris Hinckley invites you to take a look through his lens at the wonders and diversity our country has to offer. More than thirty striking images from Hinckley’s portfolio are currently on display in The Archipley Cultural Center. The exhibition features images from the New England Area, as well as Yellowstone, Teton, Denali, and Lake Clark National Parks, and will be on display through December 2025.
Chris Hinckley is a nature photographer living in Central Massachusetts with his wife (chief wildlife spotter!). Chris grew up in Hardwick, MA, where his passion for and appreciation of the natural world was sparked through many hours of exploring the surrounding acres of forest, farmland, and the Quabbin Reservoir. In addition to the Eastern Seaboard, Chris and his wife have explored the Western Intermountain states as well as the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.
“The world around us is a limitless source of beauty and natural wonders and I am amazed and grateful every time I have the opportunity to get out and immerse myself in it.”

The flora, fauna, and countryside surrounding us are as unique as they are diverse and offer inspiring experiences at every turn. Hopefully the view through my lens inspires something within you.”
On Saturday, October 18, The Center at Eagle Hill will host a full evening celebrating the arts. Beginning with a Gallery Celebration at 5:00 pm, community members are invited to come together for refreshments and conversation with photographer Chris Hinckley.
Following this reception, at 7 pm, The Center will welcome husband-and-wife duo The Imaginaries for an evening of Americana/Roots-Rock music. It will be a night of talent not to be missed!
